Elba Nicolle is an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County at the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, she was on the executive board of the NSU Trial Association, the Criminal Law Society, and ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She was also an active member of the Clemency Project. She continues to focus her passion on criminal justice reform.
